• Technical basics — IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected automatically like on most websites.

We use your information to make and deliver your order, take payment, send order updates, answer your questions, and keep the site secure. If you opt in to our newsletter, we’ll send you new drops and room inspiration — you can unsubscribe with one click, any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. Ever.

Payments on this site are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, your card, UPI or banking details are entered directly with Razorpay over an encrypted connection — we never see or store your full payment credentials. Razorpay’s handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at razorpay.com/privacy.

We receive back only what we need to fulfil the order: a payment confirmation, transaction reference, and the billing details you provided.

We share the minimum necessary with the services that help us run the store:

• Razorpay — to process your payment.
• Courier and logistics partners — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver your mirror.
• Our hosting and email providers — who store data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your login, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the shop will still work, though your cart may not persist between visits.
