This website is operated by HiTech Glasses (“we”, “us”, “our”), makers of LED, backlit and custom mirrors, based in Haryana, India. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.

We photograph and describe every mirror as accurately as we can. Even so, lighting temperature, finish and colour can render slightly differently on different screens. Minor variations between the product images and the delivered piece are not defects.

Dimensions listed on product pages are manufacturing dimensions and may vary by a small tolerance (up to ±5 mm) that is normal for glass fabrication.

Custom mirrors are made to the exact dimensions, lighting and switch options you select in the configurator. Because of this:

• You are responsible for the measurements you enter. Please measure twice — we cut once.
• The price shown at checkout is calculated from your selected size and options and is final for that configuration.
• Production begins shortly after your order is confirmed. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the cancellation window.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order you’ve already placed.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets, as available). We never see or store your full card details — those go directly to the payment gateway.

An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully received. If a payment fails or is reversed by the gateway, the order stands cancelled automatically.

We ship across India. Dispatch and delivery timelines, packaging and damage-on-arrival procedures are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Refunds, replacements and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself and let us know immediately if you suspect someone else is using it. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account. Information you give us must be accurate and current — especially your delivery address and phone number, since our couriers will use them.

Everything on this site — photography, product designs, text, graphics and the HiTech Glasses name — belongs to us or our licensors. You’re welcome to browse and share links, but please don’t copy, reproduce or commercially use our content without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (courier disruptions, natural events, and the like).

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Haryana, India.

We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above tells you when. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
